• All sales are final.

• We do not issue refunds for products once they have been shipped.

• This policy helps us maintain the safety, integrity, and freshness of our natural products.

Exceptions & Resolution Options​

While refunds are not available, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If you experience an issue, we offer the following options:

1. Broken or Damaged Items

   • If your product arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS.

   • You may also contact us with photos of the damaged item. We offer a replacement option with a $7 shipping fee.

2. Discount on Next Purchase

   • For verified issues, we may provide a 20% discount code toward your next order.
