We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once your package is handed over to USPS, Jerald’s Natural Shield is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the quality, integrity, and safety of every product we ship.
